These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Weenuz website and event ticketing platform ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing tickets, or otherwise using Weenuz, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Account Registration

To purchase tickets, you must create a Weenuz account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@weenuz.lk.
  • Not share your account credentials with any other person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable except as outlined in the Refund Policy.
  • Tickets are for personal use only and may not be resold or transferred.
  • You must provide accurate contact details - your ticket and event communications will be sent to the email provided.
  • Payment is processed by PayHere in LKR. Weenuz does not store your payment card details.
  • Where a refund is applicable under our Refund Policy, it will be credited exclusively to the original payment method used for the transaction (the payment-initiated media). No alternative refund channels are offered.
  • Weenuz acts as an agent for event organisers and is not responsible for changes to event content, artist line-ups, or venue changes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Service to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from our platform without written permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or accounts.
  • Submit false or fraudulent purchases, chargebacks, or information.
  • Resell, broker, or commercially exploit tickets purchased through Weenuz.
  • Use automated bots or scripts to purchase tickets or interact with our platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Weenuz platform - including but not limited to logos, text, images, design elements, and code - is the property of Weenuz or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Weenuz makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weenuz, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Weenuz and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
